This was a very informative book that I loved reading. The sources to start the lick are not viable though and I have had lots of difficulty finding the items discribed to start the lick.

I have several of Ms Colby's books. Her sheep care and goat care are excellent and my flock of sheep and herd of goats are happy and healthy because of her suggestions.

i run a stud sheep ( white dorper) out of the S/E of NEW SOUTH WALES ,AUSTRALIA and this book was the WHOLE HOLLY ANSWER

very interesting reading and would like to try her methods - have locally purchased loose minerals for my own sheep but would like to buy the main 6 separately that she recomends - very hard to find would have liked to have a listed source page for these.

Pat Coleby writes in a very user friendly way. Her advice is given with great experience and research to back it up. The recipe for a mineral lick to maintain livestock health is priceless. Highly recommend this book!
